PLAY2DISConnect
PLAY2DISC is an Erasmus+ small-scale partnership in adult education that helps families build healthier digital habits, especially during leisure time, by offering a practical alternative to excessive mobile phone use: modern board games as a structured, meaningful way to strengthen family cohesion and intergenerational learning.
The project brings together community-based family expertise (APPC, Romania) and educational game-based methodology (EIMBG, Spain) to create resources, run pilot actions in real educational settings, and leave behind sustainable community spaces where families can keep playing (offline) beyond the project.
GOALS
How does PLAY2DISC work?
How can families use PLAY2DISC?

Why is PLAY2DISC important?
Excessive mobile phone use is increasingly linked to challenges such as reduced face-to-face interaction, weaker family communication, and broader wellbeing risks—especially when screens take over leisure time at home.
PLAY2DISC responds by empowering parents and educators with awareness, tools, and a tested alternative: board games that encourage meaningful interaction, strengthen family bonds, and support healthier digital habits through positive, enjoyable offline experiences.
